1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The item is not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom or special-order items
Gift cards or downloadable products
Used or damaged parts due to improper installation
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return
We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number
Ship the item back to the address we provide (return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos and your order number
We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
